The iLeadership Academy ran their first personal development event in France this week at the village of Lieuran-les- Beziers in Herault in the Languedoc. Brian Langston led a half day seminar entitled “Who do you think you are?” with 35 members from the female Anglophone community of the area known as the ‘Ladies in Languedoc’.

Brian was a charming, charismatic and engaging host of the WDYTYA workshop given to over thirty discerning ladies who all thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The session was highly interactive and Brian kept everyone’s attention throughout the whole two hour presentation with his witty delivery and intriguing insights into how we perceive ourselves, and others around us. We all left wanting to know more about personality colour profiling! A resounding success!

“It was high energy event with full participation from everyone who attended. It was the first time that many people had had the opportunity to explore in detail the personal preferences that make them who they are. It also gave them an insight into their opposite personality types and explored ways of improving relationships with those who people might normally wind you up!

Delegates were offered the opportunity of an in-depth personal colour profile and over half the delegates opted to do so.

I think the inhabitants of this sleepy village were somewhat bemused to hear drums being banged and see the ladies playing with bamboo canes in the village square. There was certainly plenty of creative yellow energy in evidence…and no-one was left feeling blue at the end of it…and it was all finished off with a lovely green salad and a drop of red!”

Brian will be re-running the event over in the Gard on Friday 7th October – More information.
